YOU CAN NOW ORDER PICKUP OR DELIVERY THROUGH UBEREATS FROM ANY KOGI TRUCK DURING SCHEDULED HOURS! IF YOU’RE WITHIN 2.5 MILES OF A TRUCK LOCATION POSTED ON OUR TRUCK SCHEDULE, DOWNLOAD/SIGN IN TO THE UBEREATS APP, SEARCH FOR “KOGI” AND WE SHOULD POP UP!

***Kogi Familia! ‪Starting Monday, May 11‬, we will be ending our email pickup order system and offering Pickup & Delivery through UberEats. This system will help us be more efficient at tracking and fulfilling your orders. Most importantly, this means our delivery service area has expanded to neighborhoods throughout LA! You can order from truck locations based on our weekly truck schedule. Thanks for working with us during the email system. Your patience and commitment really helped us during this time!***

How do I order pickup or delivery from the truck?

If you’re within 2.5 miles of a truck location posted on our truck schedule, download/sign in to the UberEats app, search for “Kogi” and we should pop up!

Where can I pickup from the truck? When and where will you be parked?

The operating hours for Kogi Truck Pickup & Delivery is based on our truck schedule.

Can I schedule pickups in advance? What time are you offering pickup and delivery from the truck? What are the hours?

You will not be able to order in advance.  Ordering will go live at the time of the listed operating hours. And ordering will be shut down 15 minutes before the end of operating hours. For example, for a ‪11-2:30pm‬ lunch stop, we will turn on ordering ‪at 11am‬ and end ordering ‪at 2:15pm‬.  

Can I order desserts and chef’s specials from the truck? What is the menu for the truck?

The majority of the Kogi menu will be offered with the exception of Calamari Tacos, Desserts and Chef’s Specials. We encourage you to visit our Taqueria to order those menu items. 

How do I pickup from the truck? Where do I go to pickup from the truck? Where is the truck pickup window? Who do I ask for to pickup my food?

If you order for Pickup on UberEats from the truck, please go to the UberEats Pickup window, NOT the Order window. Please display your order confirmation to the truck manager at the UberEats Pickup window.

Can I cancel my order?

Please refer to UberEats Help page. We unfortunately do not control the backend of this system and cannot cancel once an order is placed.

Can I add to my order?

Please refer to the UberEats Help page for this function. We can only receive directions through the app. 

Can I make substitutions?

Please limit special instructions for order efficiency. 

Can I still come to the truck and place my order there?

Yes, you can absolutely still order at the truck! Please remember to practice social distancing in line. Stay safe!

PLEASE NOTE:

We always try our best to have your food ready at pickup time but sometimes sh*t happens, you know, and we are out here hustling.  So if we’re running late please be patient and give us that Kogi familia understanding. If we are on time then it feels like a bonus! – Chef Roy
