THE KOGI HOLIDAY SCHEDULE + An Early Black Friday Gift(s?)

First, some MOOD MUSIC:

Okay. Is it just me, or does Devonte Hynes not remind you a rittle of Prince/Sade with a touch of hipster? It’s the total commitment to character, the incredible INTENSITY and his very seriously serious moves to build some kind of sensual drama.

And if you didn’t get the Sade/hipster vibe, let me introduce y’all to Chamakay, cuz sensual choreography does not get much better than this:

I don’t know about y’all, but I’m most definitely FOR the 2nd coming of 90s R&B.

The Kogi Thomas Guide

Find yourself asking, “KOGI, WHERE YOU AT?” but find my addresses on the Twitter feed less than helpful? Look I get it. Some of y’all are more VISUAL. And so please send your thanks and gratitude to fellow Kogi fan and newfound friend, Matthew Field with his very comprehensive beta version of Kogi On Micron.

And if that all just sounds like jwoierhjeworfjsfijsifj! to you, here is a screen shot of the page:

It’s pretty rad and self-explanatory. Click on the addresses to the left or click on the Kogi flames and it shall immediately transport you to where it is you need to go.

Me? I’m geographically challenged. So when people ask, “When you coming to the Inland Empire?” or “What about the South Bay?” I admittedly get confuzzled. I think from now-forth, I shall just send em onwards toward KogiNoMicron.

And no, this is not a sponsored post!! This was something I thought would be helpful and cool for you guys. ENJOY!

PHEW. And now that we’ve got those out of the way, let me share with you some vidjeos of some adorable Pomeranian puppies. Oh, wait. I found something even more awww-inducing than Pomeranian puppies.

Folks, prepare for the eye leakage.

Oh, Google. Thouest’s propaganda is swift and most effective.

Anybody catch that suggestion of a love story at the end, guys? Between the 2 youngish, incredibly great-looking grandchildren? Siiiiiiiiigh. Google you are too good. Even as you are monopolizing the world’s access to technology.

OH MAH GAH. THESE KIDS. THE BAND OF BROTHERS. OH MAH GAH, MY EYES, OH MAH GAH…

The ties. The jackets. The I Love Danny Team…and how the ring leader’s bros start patting him on the back when he tears up… ::blubbers incoherently::

Love and tacos, guys. Love and tacos,
Aliiiiiiiiiiiiiice

Love and tacos,
Aliiiiiiiiiiiice

P.S. A little head’s up on an upcoming Chinatown event this December 8th, 2013. Basically, some cool folks are putting together some small- to medium-size concerts bringing together Chinatown’s punk past and its art gallery scene to benefit the music program at Castelar Elementary. AND YOU WOULDN’T SAY NO TO HELPING LITTLE KIDS, WOULD YOU?

P.P.S. And for all those facing the doldrums of Nanowrimo and are just burnt out on the thought of workshopping your pieces, this was written for you.
