Pacman Quesadilla

If we were ever to raise a Kogi flag, it would LOOK LIKE THIS.

ALL 3 MEATS. ALL CHEESES. A rainbow of Kogi salsas. A dollop of fatty, creamy sesame mayo. Hath liberation ever looked so melty and ferociously delicious? Or happy? We think not.

    Awesome special! Hope you keep this one around! This week’s Chego special broke my heart though. Too hot, too runny with the raw egg, just didn’t work. :-(

    @Luc It helps if you mix the egg in as soon as you get the bowl to let it cook and thicken up the porridge.

    @anna We have another item on the menu called the Pacman burger, named after the boxer Manny Pacqiuao. This is the quesadilla version on that burger.
