    Can I just tell all youse guys that the “Mind is Playing Tricks on Me” was one of the best things I’ve ever done eaten! I think about it all the time when I’m hungry or trying to parallel park on the 405 – so much goodness in
    one bowl.

    What three cheeses are in it? Are you kidding? It’s the same Smart & Final pre-shredded, three “cheese food product” blend that they always use.

    So it would be, technically, white cheese, yellow cheese, and orange cheese. That’s three, right? Phew.

    The cheese are a blend of cheddar and jack with fresh queso fresco and topped with dried cotija. If you want to get technical, there are 4 cheese. :)
