    flapjacks and watermelon: awesome. the melon was a little salty, but i dug the spicy/refreshing combo, and the sweet n savory of the other half of the dish were perfect.

    peeples,

    i hear you, i see you, and i feel you on the C.R.E.A.M. Quesadilla.
    Just give me a little time to bring it back wit style.
    It’s a lot of prep on an already jammed truck for that beauty and I wanna make sure the product is consistent and that the kitchen can stay up wit it.
    It will be back when you least expect it and your life will be like it never left…..
    But for now, enjoy the PacMan burger, the Sweet Chili Chicken Quesadilla, the Blue Moon Mulita, and our weekly specials. Cause they are on the trucks all the time.
    Enjoy our desserts, enjoy our calamari when it is around.
