Alright, so we’ve got a big one for you torta fans out there. This beast has short rib, cheese, grilled onions, sesame mayo, salsa Azul and our salad. Careful guys, this sucker is filling!

And now for some blue from my favorite Contemporary Jazz fusion band, Tokyo Jihen.

    I had this torta yesterday off of the Azul truck during there lunch run. Kogi you’ve done it again. It was simply delicious. Can’t wait to see what u guys come up with next week.

    I had one yesterday. Its OK. Its almost like a slider but not as good. Bring back the Hakuna Matata Tostada.

    @Carlo We’ll need about 20 more people asking for it before Chef Roy considers bringing it back. That’s what it took for the repeat of the Chicken Pineapple Torta. Damn Chef Roy and his creative moods! haha Much love. We’ll see if we can do something about your Hakuna Mattatta craving, in the mean time, I’m sure Chef will cook something up to satiate your adventurous appetite.
