That parking lot is huge and it's easy freeway access. Another option I like is the the intersection of Almansor St and Camelia Dr in Alhambra. It is just south of Valley behind the Big Lots/Staples, etc. For locals, it is also home of the "giant-empty-parking-lot-that-no-one-parks-in-but-everyone-in-high-school-went-there-to-learn-how-to-drive". That street is only really used as access for delivery for the businesses just north of Camelia. The noise there should be pretty isolated and it's a really flat/open area. There are some "restaurants" in that area but I don't think they stay open late and that street is long enough to probably find a spot 200 feet away easily.
