I assume the three meats are meat, chicken and pork. Is it possible to substitute tofu instead of pork? what’s the code word to make that request?

This just may be the holy grail of specials! Definitly right there with the Chicken Pinapple Torta and Spam-A-Loyt Burger. To show you how good this is; I was really sick yesterday, could not taste a damn thing(just sweet, sour and spicy) but even in my diminished state it was still delicious. Can’t wait to try it again in Encino later this week when I(hopefully) have all of my sense back. The chicharrones were bomb and a nice touch, please don’t run out of the chicharrones!

Pac-man was good, but a bit too much mayo. Doesn’t really hold together well in the bun. But good insides! Had my first Kogi dog though last Saturday. It was to die for. Keep up the great work.
