Earth and Mars Intergalctic Special

This week, Chef Roy went on a voyage to Mars. On this fateful trip, he met with the local Martians and was introduced to their culture, hip-hop, and outer space flavors. While jammin’ with the galactic travelers, Chef decided to dedicate a new special to show that food can bring two distant world together. Here it is, sided by side, Earth and Mars Mulitas with caramelized onions, chicken, cheddar and jack cheese, topped with salsa verde and roja. Papi says “Peace” from Outer Space. He’ll be back at the end of the week. Till then, enjoy!

    Wow! Just heard about Kogi reading an article online. I am a native of Los Angeles…so your story caught my eye! A great story and a genuis idea! Wow! Again. Can tacos be mailed to Sacramento??!! LOL…I am ssoooo hungry to taste the tacos…damn! I bet they are so flavorful…especially with the cilantro. So, it’s like 2 cultures coming together in food!? And you are mobile…bringing it to the people! And your resource is Twitter! Amazing…Genius! With this economy so fu**ed up, your story is encouraging. Thank you!

    Oh man … that looks so good Earth and Mars Mulitas … dang .. i wonder if i should leave work early to hit the one in El Segundo @ kinecta .. hahahaha … since i don’t think i can wait till saturday in hawthorne ..

    Yeah spamburgler. And no cheaping me out on the minu slider buns. Give me the big one. I want something big I can put in my mouth and hold. If I can fit the whole thing in my mouth at one time it’s too small.

    Spam A Lot Burger was pretty darn good and I don’t even like spam a whole let. It blended well weith the short rib and mushrooms and that Coconut Chili lime mayo wa the shiznit!One more week…please…one more week!

    When will you be coming back to Altadena? We miss you. And that Mars/Earth thing is so amazing. Remember, we are home to many of those JPL space guys that control the Mars rovers(and right next door to JPL itself). We miss you.

    Just had the Earth/Mars mulitas. Pretty damn good. The red was amazing, but the green was no slouch either. Keep up the awesome work.

    I miss the blackjack quesadilla!!!Bbut it was way pass our bedtime last friday october 30 when you came to the Rock Tavern. We stayed in line though and waited till 11:30 to get our kogi!!
    Can you come earlier next time?? I think that is why there is a short line tonight, we wanted but it’s a little late, please come early next time…..
