August 26th, 2009It’s like a shotgun of awesomeness. Can’t beat the good ol’ combination of Eggs and Apple Wood Smoked Bacon. We of course dress this beautiful beast with our newest Salsa Verde
We also have a special Caramelized Onion Grilled Cheese Torta at the Alibi. Dip it in a little Salsa Verde and it’s go time!

I’m not going to say that i’m outraged that the pineapple chicken torta is no longer on the menu, but it was by far the best special i’ve had off any of the trucks so far. If the blackjack quesadilla is now a regular staple on the menu, i think this should be as well.

i’m almost at the point of breaking.
it is humbling that you all loved that simple pineapple sandwich that much.

The pineapple chicken torta was the best thing I have tasted off of the kogi truck. i understand that it was time consuming, but it should definitely be a regular at the alibi room for when i get a craving for it, which is often!
