We stewed the Octopus for 4 hours to get it nice and soft, grilled it in a thick and spicy sauce, and served it on a taco with a side of fried plantains and tangerines. If there’s one thing we Koreans know how to do, it’s making spicy seafood! Oh, and I do believe this was our very first seafood dish!
Of course, there is really nothing better to end a great meal than a great dessert. As per special request, we have started serving our Pastry Chef Beth’s brownies “a la mode” with her beer flavored ice cream.
