With a new president in office, Chef Roy decided to mix it up a bit with the specials. Tasty, filling, and as always, works of culinary art. For those of you who were looking to be a bit more “green”, Chef Roy put together this spicy little dish for you. Squash stir-fried and seasoned with some Salt, Pepper, and Red Chilli Flakes. Of course, we needed to balance the green with some contrasting colors, so we topped it off with Bacon.
The Kogi Hogi, a new favorite of mine, is served on a French roll and is filled with Salami, Pastrami, Provoloni, Grilled Onions, and tasty Korean Red Pepper Mayo. It like that classic hoagie, but with our own special little twist.
Koreans love Spam. Hawaiian love Spam. So what the hell, we made a Hawaiian-Korean Slider. Combine a little Spam, Sweet Hawaiian Bread Rolls, Grilled Kimchi, and some Mayo, and you have one awesome bite.
